Brad is a 2001 Blanchester High School graduate, and a 2006 graduate of Wright State University (BS Health and Physical Education). He also holds a Masters degree (Educational Administration) from Xavier University. He began his teaching career in the fall of 2006 at Blanchester Middle School, where he taught Health and Physical Education for 14 years. Since 2020 he has been the Athletic Director for the Blanchester Local School District.
